Rated 1 out of 5 by from Feathers poke through and scratch and stick into y I had to wait nearly 6 months to get this horrible lumpy couch set! The feathers poke through 100 of them a day I have to pull out because the fabric is dark wine and the feathers coming through our white so it looks like there's lint all over my couch all of the time and when you sit on it it pokes and sticks and scratches your skin this is absolutely horrible they will not take it back they will not do anything they just give me a dirty look when I complained at the counter because they never answer their telephone I've spent hours trying to report this to a warranty they said it's not covered under warranty it's just a nightmare I hate this couch set the grand down anything with their feathers in it probably

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THIS SECTIONAL! We bought this down sectional thinking it would be more comfortable than the foam version. Not only is it not very comfortable, but it lost its shape in about 6 months. The cushions are flat and look saggy and terrible! And we paid so much money for this couch. In addition, the material gets snags everywhere and has little strings hanging out AND the down feathers come out everywhere and poke you. The feathers all over look terrible and those little suckers are SHARP. Do not buy this! I wish we had been forewarned.
